Free Pregnancy Tests
Our pregnancy tests are......
Free. Confidential. Accurate.
Whenever you have sex, and whether you’ve used birth control or not, there is always a chance for pregnancy. A missed period is the most common indication, but it doesn’t necessarily mean you are pregnant.
It’s important to take the pregnancy test correctly. At Midlands Women’s Center, we help to ensure that the tests are administered properly. You will receive the test results during your appointment.
Did you know...?
... that a pregnancy can be determined 7 to 10 days after conception? Our pregnancy tests are professional quality and are used for the early detection of pregnancy. If your test is positive, we can help you determine how far along you are in the pregnancy. Having an ultrasound is one of the best ways to do that. We can provide one for you for free at Midlands Women’s Center. Our ultrasound will confirm the progression of the pregnancy and determine with more accuracy how far along in the pregnancy you are and estimate when conception may have occurred.
Caring. Supportive. Immediate.
Midlands Women’s Center offers many services to women facing unplanned pregnancies including free pregnancy tests, non-medical pregnancy consultations, and education about abortion. This center does not offer abortions or abortion referrals.

A picture ID
What will I do when I get there?
First we will make a copy of your picture ID and have you fill out an intake form. Then you’ll provide a urine sample that will be used to run the pregnancy test.
